Died:

September 27, 1917in Paris, France

For education Edgar went to the school Louis-le-Grand a school for the elite. He then went on to enroll to Faculty of Law but then in 1855 he entered the Ecole des Beaux-Arts.


In 1856 he went to Italy first visiting family. 1857 he visited Rome. 1859 he returned to Paris and set up a stdio at rue Laval.


He never married and never had kids.
